Default horsepower or not

this might sound stupid but will i make any power if i get forged internals? including crank connecting rods pistons, everything!

No, it simply allows you to run more boost, higher compression, etc. which in turn allows you to make more hp.

doing those parts alone doesn't. Those just support every other mod you can do... intake, exhaust, nitrous, forced induction...
