haha good luck man...it will take every bolt on you can find....those 4valves are tough. With Drag radials and a 75shot i still cant touch a mach 1. But my car seems to be super slow so it may not take as much for you.
there must be something wrong there i beat a Mach 1 by a car with my 75 shot

You will have him in the dig stock (from a start) 4v's suck at torque but they are amazing at high rpms.

The mach has 20+ foot lbs on the gt

he prolly mean low-end torque. I noticed that, thats prolly why we rev our gt's to 5500 rpms and i seen SN95 cobras rev to 7k

Dude you put your stick down. You're going to hurt yourself retard. You guys just look at spec sheets and numbers dont you. Its not about that is has 20 ft lbs its that it has a crappy torque curve. Anyone that knows anything about engines know that Hp doesnt matter untill 5000 or so rpms. Before that its all torque. If your peak torque is too high and for not along enough band then you are going to have a hell of a time getting it off the line. I smoke my buddies Mach one every day off the line. I even run a better 1/8th than he does but each and everytime he catches me and kills me. Anyone whos ever driven a mach one knows they suck low end. They're a lot better than any cobra but thats not too hard comsidering the POS IRS.

that must of been a big rock you've been living under, welcome back! just messing with you man. mach 1 are rated 305hp, they'll usually dyno 270-280 at the wheels which means they are like 325-335 hp at the crank. a very nice output for only 281ci
