I was just thinking that. Looked at cyl 3 and realized the TB and plenum are gonna have to come off to change the plug. Bank 2 is prolly just cause of the O2 sensor (I hope). I didn't figure the problems were related in any way. I reset the computer and the CEL came back on on the 3rd start. It's no longer flashing (I hear flashing indicates a msifire). I'll swap the plugs and get new wires and then have the codes pulled again. I hate this. I don't have time for this ****.
no, you don't have to take it off. just diconnect the tube from the t/b and push it up out of the way. for the o2 sensors, disconnect the harness and try to get a wrench on it, it's a tight fit and be careful not to bang it up too much, there're fragile
sounds good. but can I get to it from the top of the engine or do I need to be underneath? I haven't even seen the thing. My car is still at work in the parking lot because I didn't want to drive it home in that condition.

I can't get to the spark plug on the passenger side closest to the firewall. WTF?!?! Damn strut tower brace is in the way. There has to be a way to change it without removing the strut tower brace. Also, all of my new plugs were gapped to .40. My Haynes manual say the correct gap is .52. Is that right?
