It takes practice, no reason to get discouraged. I think my first 4-5 runs in my 02 GT were in the low 15's until I figured out how to get it out past the 330' not completely sideways.

How was your take off? Your were at a 2.1 60ft. You should have been able to get a 2.0 60ft. Did you spin, what type of tires???

My car ran a 14.5, your not doing anything wrong, remember your car is heavier then others... thats the only thing i can think of.
[sm=bs.gif] My cars a vert. They're only 180 lbs heavier than coupes. I ran high mid 14'sup here at 8500 ft . . . which is mid to high 13's down lower. If you should be low 14's i would think. Maybe you arent a good driver haha jk

I will admit I think a lot of it is driver error. My shifting was a bit slouchy, and i kept hitting in between the gate trying to get to 3rd. I feel it was just a rough day for me. Its no way adding full bolt-ons to a stock car will make your car run slower...
You're a long way from full bolt ons man

It was on BFGoodrich KDWS street tires, I didnt spin the tires that hard. I rolled it out slow tho. I thought all i need is TB/plenum and LT to be full bolt-ons

You only need the tb/plenum and longtubes for full-bolts ons, I think the guy above may be slow haha. Get some drag radials man. GET BFG's, I have no spin with them right now when I spray, I have to give you a ride.
