Default exhaust rattle

So i have been having this annoying rattling noise comming from the right rear of my car for a while, and i finaly got totaly annoyed with it, so i decided to crawl under there and take a look.

I found something kinda interesting. Where my exhaust bends up to go over my rear axle, for some reason it is rattling/vibrating on the side of one of my frame rails...

I cant figure out why it is doing this. I have had my Bassani for over 2 years now, and it just started doing it. I checked all the clamps and hangers (that i could find) and nothing is broken, or needs a bolt tightend. But for some odd reason, my pipe is not on tight. I started to move the pipe and it is loose at the muffler, yet the clamp around it is as tight as can be. I dont understand why it is so loose when the clamp is as tight as possible...???????

yes, it the the hanger right above the tip? tucked behind the rear bumber? I checked that one, and it was ok. That is what is messin with my head, cause i cant find any reason for it to rattle like it does...

the exit pipe, the pipe that comes out of the muffler, and over the axle, and out the back. It is all one pipe, and it moves. The hanger is good, and the clamps are tight....but it still moves...

is it actually loose where it connects to the muffler or just not held tightly onto the car? maybe the welding to the muffler is screwed up?

it is hard to explain, you have to see it, but the pipe is loose at the muffler...but there are no welding craks, it is a brand new muffler (cause my old ones had a crack in them). And the clamp is tight, and hanger is fine...

i might have to just try to g-rig it myself
