its pullied then - the boost stock is about 8psi.. congrats on the Cobra, welcome to the SVT family!!! If the pulley cover is off, then its definatly been pullied... if it's been pullied I would go down to a dyno ASAP to check the A/F ratio... mine was 2 points lean!!!!!!! It was tuned actually, but just a horrible tune.

awesome man probably is not stock then look at it see if theres grooves in there if so then its a reichard racing pulley im sure other companies make silver pullies but thats the only one coming to mind at the moment

my a/f was high 13 almost 14, lol - yeah it was BAD.
The guy probably left it on then... but again, go to a dyno as soon as you can to check that a/f ratio.. and honestly - i know it's hard - i wouldn't drive it to hard until you know for sure...
