Default Is the price right?

Found myself a 2001 Mustang GT, 5-speed. It has 72,000 miles on it almost all of which are highway miles, adult driven and garaged. Very clean, a few scratches on the body but nothing major. Is $9000 a good price? Should I try to get it lowered a little?

You're getting there man.. lol.. bring them down to 7500 and i'd say youve got yourself an alright deal.

9K is a bit much to me, but its better than alot of the others ive seen listed on here

Doubt I can get it that low. Edmunds has it for $8,900 private party. KBB is $9,500.

9k is a great deal, for 7500 they might as well give it to you, I just bought my 2001 mustang gt 5 speed with 75,000 miles on it for 12,750 from a dealer, and a year and a half ago i bought a 96 gt with 98000 for 7200 so I'd say 9k for that car with less miles than mine and probably same condition is a hell of a deal

Well back in 04 I got mmy '02 with basically 32,9xx miles on it and it was auto but I got it from a dealer for around 13,500. Now I'd say that is a heck of a deal. Back then they seemed to of been going for like 17k.

I would try for $8000. Just make sure before you buy it, have it inspected by the Ford dealer.
