Default Side Exit Exhaust.

Who here has a 4.6 with side exiting duals? I know with research i can find more info out about them but, i want to know what someone with them thinks about them; are they satisfied? When I get my stang id like to get side exiting duals...But, is cabin noise too loud? Where can you find new side skirts that would allow them to exit? Do they make them real throaty, like the saleens...To those who has some, do you have any sound clips? Post some love plz.

I'm sure you can purchase them from Rousch Racing. Yes they are very loud inside the car! Also your ground clearance is shot, so forget speed bumps and a lowering kit on normal streets! I have my car lowered 1.5 up front and .75 in back with the Rousch springs and thought of putting the side exhaust on until I glanced underneath my rocker panel! LOL There's no friggin room for even my 2.5 inch exhaust! I'm sure they sell the kit that has the custom bent and flattened style exaust for added clearance, but I wouldn't waste your money on that stuff your leaning towards $2k by the time you purchase everything and pay to get the skirts painted!

i have the roush side exit it sounds awesome man i have no complaints , my advice is dont buy roush buy the borla or magnaflow side exit mufflers and have an exhaust shop make it you looking at only 300-350 to have that done, and you can buy the side skirts for like 150-200 for both that might even be shipped i have the full roush stage 2 kit in my garage just collecting dust right now the 2 front lips 2 rear lips and 2 side exit exhaust sideskirts as well as i have the stage 3 kit on my car theyre in good condition just painted yellow you would have to repaint them is all i suppose if you would like i can sell you the sideskirts or the whole kit

if side exit exhaust is lame then im a big lame retard f**k nuts because to me its the best looking exhaust there is, every car on the road has a damn pipe out the rear and being the same as everyone else and plain is the definition of lame to me

Ahhh! is there any way to go side exit without making a roush? i just want side exits cuz everyone has rear exits...Kinda old id like to stand out a little :P. Sigh i think rear exits would be better cuz you can spend all your money on getting the perfect sound you want insted of new side skirts and paint. *sigh* i was looking forward to side exits too..
