sigh, so many noobs, at least one person caught it

yes when i refered to his plastic intake, i refered to the MANIFOLD. his intake (stock 'cai') pulls in colder air then any other cold air intake could. they may only match it, plus the length of the tube is tuned for the car, slightly. those aftermarket 'cai' are the same exact thing as stock, except its chrome (which soaks more heat) and has 2 additional 90 degree bends in most cases, which causes turbolence. i think theres a few aftermarket cai's that resemble the stock configuration, which is best.
