Default Diablo Sport Tuner Difficulties

I just bought the Diablo Sport Predator Tuner for my 2000 Mustang GT. They gave me a performance tune with it but I want more out of it. But was wondering where to start. It has several different options when it comes to changing the perameters of the car. I have put mods on my car already from Pace Setter Long tube headers. I removed the Cats and only have 40 series flowmasters on it. There is a complete air intake kit from K&N. And finaly synthetic oil. I feel that I am mechanicaly inclined but when I started reading what the tuner I bought can do I just started to get confused. If anyone can give me some pointers that would be great.

So long as you are running 93 octane fuel, you can advance the spark the full 10% the tuner allows in both ranges indicated. You'll see what I'm talking about when you are looking at the tuner. I noticed a bit more of a difference when I did this on my car.
