Default dual over head cam change

On the cars with dual overhead cams..... when you want to do a cam change do you have to change all the cams?.... Do you have 2 or 4 cams?? If you have to change all the cams do you have to buy them seperatly or do they come as a set? I have a fox body so i dont know I was just wondering...

I would say i you have to change them all no matter how many cams you have. If you were to just change 2, it would completely throw off the valves and probably blow something up. It would be like changing half the cam in your motor and keeping the other half the same as it was.

The DOHC motors have 4 cams and 4 valves per cylinder. The SOHC motors have 2 cams and 2 valves per cylinder.

You order the cams as a set.
