Hey all,</P>


Quick newbie question for you gurus. I have a 98 GT 5 speed. Do I have the T5or T-45 Trans. I am going to order the Tri Ax Short shifter and I just wanted to know which to get. Thanks!!!</P>

It's definately the T-45...and I agree 10 fold on the Tri-Ax shifter. Put one in my 98 GT and had to put one in my 2002 a month later. What a difference!!

I love mine! It's one of the best mods in my book! When I first got my car I had problems with 3rd. once I put the tri-ax in I have found 3rd. every time that was a lot of miles ago!

GSXR.... you have a tA386 or some BS....a much nicer tranny than the T-45. so be happy.<IMG src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0">
