well got to the track at 7 and didn't get to run when they closed at 10 because nedw sucks lately and run a king of the hill and then a car broke and they didn't refund me the $19.
sooo i will test them out saturday at the mustang showdown where the track will actually be prepped pretty good im hoping because they do a lousy job on street nights. other than that i have run them in the street all the way firm and all the way loose and didn't notice it handling any worse on the street or hitting bumps. actually all the way firm did make a difference and made the handling around corners very easy.

struts are up front and shocks in the rear.
you want the looser setting for drag and in the middle for street use. for road race you want it stiff so it handles tighter. the looser it is the more pop you get from your front end to transfer weight. i wish i at the time bought their shocks as well instead i got cheap competition engineering ones that do there part though and they are 3 way adjustables which is fine.
i'll post the results of this upcoming saturday at the mustang showdown. i removed my front sway bars as well since the last time i got to run so hopefully i can hit some lower 60's
