Default Q's on tuners

I have a Diablo Sport Predator Tuner for my 2000 Mustang GT and was wanting more out of my car from this and was wondering if anyone has used this device and what you did for you own custom tune.

More power, bump the timing all the way up.

Run 93 octane. I may be wrong here, but when I had my Predator, I dont think it was able to advance far enough to actually do damage to a motor. I'm almost 100% sure it's capped. I know I bumped mine all the way up for both RPM intervals.
