Put the stock midpipe on when you take it for testing just to be safe especially if they do a visual inspection.

if they dont do a visual insepection, and i dont have mils, will they know i have no cats?

1 day. i have to get my emmisions before the end on october. so if i go like today or tomorrow, will it be fine?

You can pass with offroad pipe if they dont do visual and if you dont have a cel on throwing anycodes. I have cats on my but I have all aftermarket exhaust and had no probs passing anything. obd-2 emissions tests are a plug in 2 min test were you would put ur programmer

so if i go today, with no CEL, and they dont do visual checks and they plug the the thing in im cool?

You should pass if the cel isn`t on. I would wait and get it tested after the mils are on just to play it safe. Who knows? You`ll probly be waiting in line when the cel comes on. That would suck.
