Default Throw out bearing

Alright, so I have no mechanic skills what so ever. I need to replace my throw out bearing. From what I was told is that they have to pull the tranny to replace it....Is there any performance parts I can have the mechanic throw in so I can kill 2 birds wth 1 stone?

A bit overkill, but that sums it up really well....

Thanks dude, I'll probably get a Steeda. Im getting it done on Wednsday of next week, so I really don't have any mods, so I thought I might start somewhere while the tranny was out.
