The gt looks better. I Would not put insurance on it if it is just sitting in the garage but if you are going to drive it for test and tuning I would list it as collector car or a pleasure vehicle with your insurance company.

Get a notchback, hands down. They are really light and you could find one for cheap. With a head/cam/intake swap, full bolt-ons and some nitrous you could run low 11's on slicks if not better.

Yup thats what im looking at. The 92 I found is running, but i would tear her apart over winter and prepare her for the heart transplant. Basically the car would sit in my garage and get worked on when i have spare time, Hense the far completion date.

Heres what i was shooting for:

1. Be able to drive to the store to get food and also rape kids on the track.
2. At least 400 RWPH and 400 lb RWTQ
3. Insane cam and also ***** out Loud
4. Look mostly stock on the outside except for the slicks out back.
5. No wheelie bar and NO NARROWED rear end.
6. Maybe 351 Windsor or 302 stroker.

Not gonna lie i really want a 99-04 GT, i love the way they look. Money was a huge issue for me, I wanted a Bad *** street machine but if i build up a 99-04 GT i wont be able to drive it in the winter. So im thinkin about have the 92 as my fun car and just keeping my 99 as a boring DD.

I was never a real fan of the notches but my buddie is almost completed his 93 project and i love the way it looks. Also i really dislike the way the SN-95 look, i hate the rounded body, the harsh angles look amazing.

Me personally, I wouldn't be driving two mustangs I would sink my money into. I would sell your 99, get a practical dailly driver and then get an old notch. Then you can put all of your money into the notch.
