drove a '04 mach 1 this weekend
I let my friend drive my '02 GT and I drove and road in his '04 Mach1 (both stock). The noticeable contrasts were:
- you get 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear scratch
- Mach1 is louder inside
- your engine revs to 4k so very fast!
...he wants to race soon. I don't mind getting my !@# whipped! It'll be fun to watch the smoke!

You are correct. I meant chirp, not scratch. That must be a STL local expression that is very very misleading. My bad. Anyway...the whole point was that the Mach1 really rocks!
