I assume you're talking about a n/a cobra? The 99-01 cobra (not counting the R) is running Independant Rear suspension as opposed to the mach's solid. I dont know all the specs but they say the machs are faster. Thats true i guess becuase my buddy at me with his stock mach but i ran neck and neck with my other buddies stock 99 cobra.

Well the 03 and 04 cobra's, aka the terminators, are supercharged and have forged internals and they make alot more power than the mach 1's. The mach 1's come with a fordged crank if it is a manual. The N/A cobras and the mach 1 probably arnt that much different when it comes to power and times and what not.nO and the cobras have 6spd's that are alot better than the ****ty 5spds and they have independent rear suspension, IRS.
