Hi I'm new here, but I've lurked here for a couple of months. Anyhow, I just bought a C&L 80MM MAF system w/True Flow inlet pipe. Well, I was excited awaiting it's arrival and when it did come, the True Flow inlet pipe was backordered (of course, just my luck). I got the inlet pipe yesterday, so I hurried home from work to install it (my first upgrade).
Well, I hooked up the housing to the filter, then hooked the inlet pipe to the housing. Then when I went to hook up the inlet pipe to the throttle body, the darn thing didn't fit. It was way too big (Inlet Pipe). Should I have received an adapter or are they forcing me to buy a bigger throttle body? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
