Default Is a new plenum worth it?

I have a bbk 75mm tb with a bbk intake. I didn't notice much change in power after I installed the tb. I was wondering if an aftermarket plenum would help the tb reach it's full potential or if it's worth it at all.

With the mods listed in your sig, you have alot of other good mods out there you should be doing before a tb & plenum. Your heads and intake don't flow very well at all, and they are your restriction - not the tb and intake. So, work on the exhaust side first - like mid-pipe and / or longtubes, a CAI and pulleys as well is a good idea and could be done anytime.
