I just ordered a set of 4 myself. I'm a little skeptikal, but given their great reviews i'm giving them a try! I'll let everyone know how they do for me, i'm hoping for the best!

i bought toyo proxes 4 245/45/17
for $400 shipped and i love them
i live in illinois and we get the worst of every season and for the money
they are a great high performance all-season tire

i have the exclaims on mine and could not be happier. before i had some ventus bs tires that came with the car, it was scary to drive in the rain. with the exclaims i feel 100% better driving in the rain and have not had any problems so far (about 1000miles). I would recommend them for anyone on a budget.

not to hijack but do the toyo proxes 4 have a sidewall that is close to or as soft as the sidewall on the tires the thread is about. I can really benefit from the soft sidewall since I want a comfortable ride and more stop light traction
