Default Stupid Muffler Question.

I have flows right now... and i plan on getting lm1 or lm2. I read on one website that lm mufflers should only be used with lm catback systems. Now my question is. Can i buy the mufflers have the shop cut out the flows and weld in the new mufflers. I like flows... but they only sound good between certain rpm ranges and it makes my stang feel like a wuss. So i want something a lil louder a lil deeper and doesnt drone so much.

just get the lm2 catback would be better but that is just me..i love the way the lm2 sounds i have the lm1 to and i like the 2's better.
With the 2's you don't get the high poping sound that you get with the 1's

A) I dont have the money for an entire catback because i have to replace my clutch.
B) You get popping cuz you have o/r midpipe.
C) I just want a easy low cost temp solution that will give me nicer sound.

BUMP

Anyone got suggestions on a muffler that sounds deep and burbles when you downshift or let off the gas at high rpms and doesnt drone !!?? thats what i want. i have a high flow catted h with flows and the drone is horrible and the muffler doesnt burble as much as i would want it to.
