if you are "into" your car enough to lower it, why would you take it to a car wash?
secondly about cars at jobs: i work at Lowes and these people are always like "yea load that full pallet of top soil into my S-10." and im like, your suspension wont hold. but they get their way and when we put that pallet in there it sinks. then when they cant make it home they blame us...
damn people and thinking their cars can take 3 tons of dirt in the bed...

Your car wash should not be held responsible because the cars suspension is no longer stock. You should get over to the dealership and take some pics of it lowered before the owner gets smart and swaps back to stock. Altered suspensions become a drive at your own risk thing when it comes to things like that. I would not pay for any repairs....
