Default can stock valve springs be used or not?

i have a set of cams with these specs can i use thses with my stock valve springs?????

Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift: 218
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift: 228
Duration at 050 inch Lift: 218 int./228 exh.
Advertised Intake Duration: 254
Advertised Exhaust Duration: 264
Advertised Duration: 254 int./264 exh.
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.550 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.550 in.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.550 int./0.550 exh. lift
Lobe Separation (degrees): 116

No. Only because you NEVER re-use valve springs. I would contact the cam manufacturer for their recommendation on valve springs.

Stock camshaft lift on a '01 GT is: .505/.534-inch lift Duration (I/E) @ .050" 186/194
