can stock valve springs be used or not?
i have a set of cams with these specs can i use thses with my stock valve springs?????
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift: 218
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift: 228

No. Only because you NEVER re-use valve springs. I would contact the cam manufacturer for their recommendation on valve springs.

now aint that the pits .....more money to be spent now well i guess i cant bitch tooo much because i got the cams for free....alright thanks BOB i do appreciate it
