03/04's have dyno'd all over the map from 370 to 390, if he has one of those that made about 370rwhp then he gained about 18rwhp which sounds right, and Id credit most of that to the tune. Cat back, CAI dont really add any power. If youve heard of an 03.04 making 420+rwhp then they definitely have a smaller pulley.
If you want my opinion, sell that 2.9 on eBay and buy a 2.8 before you do the swap and pay out the booty for a tune. Around here a tune runs $400, I try to save up for a couple mods and then install them the same weekend.

+1 man. I heard the Terminators almost make that power bone stock on the dyno, hence Ford underrated the Cobra's actual power, which people believe to be over 400 at the crank. I'd check that tune, it must be like super safe to make just that amount of power.

Is it just me... or did anyone else think 388 is kinda low for the mods on the Cobra? After an exhaust, tune, and CAI... it usually goes over 400 easy. I would say 425 or so. The Cobra I'm getting has a Steeda catback, Steeda CAI, Predator tune, and a smaller pulley (not sure of size) and it makes 463.
