Default Why not 3.90s?

It seems like everyone that is trying to decide on gears just forgets about 3.90s. Most people seem to worry about not getting enough gear with the 3.73s and too much gear with the 4.10s. In a lot of cases, people with 4.10s go back to a higher gear ratio when they supercharge etc. Why not settle for something in the middle and get the best of both worlds?

u bring up a very good point.... but i think thatd be too easy with no controversy. and most people on here are gear addicts who can't get enough low end pull. now that u mention it I might go for some 3.90's

I believe that most people dont go with 3.90s because they are not made by Ford Racing and they are concerned with their possible inferior quality.

would you recommend going with 3:90s if you're going with nitrous down the road?
