It takes more like 8 to 10 hours. You have to lift the engine adn rip half of it apart. The steering shaft runs through the middle of the headers too. Its one of the hardest jobs to do on a stang. 1 to 2 hours man ur dreaming! I wish it was that easy!!!

Hmmm. I wonder if it's not better to buy a mid X or H pipe that bolts to the stock headers and scrap the long tubes?
The long tubes are sitting on my livingroom table and the price difference is like over 1K to have the long tubes versus a bolt in mid section.

Dude once you saw the stock exhaust manifold u'd **** urself. its so restrictive i dont even know how they get away with it. Its bad. One of the tubes on ur long tubes is the size of the whooollleeee manifold on the stock ones. You get huge power gains from going to long tubes. Even bigger gains if you do f/i in the future
