I bought an '03 Mustang GT back in June... love it. But I wanted to do a couple of things to it that'll make it look different in a subtle way, but stay away from all the rice stuff. I wasn't able to find any LED tails for it and was wondering if anyone knew of any that were being made? I'm only going to put some on if they're tastefully done and don't look like rice.

AutoZone sells LED drop in bulbs that will replace you standard tail light bulbs. Looks slightly brighter and cleaners, but they do turn on/off a whole lot quicker. A must have for sequential tail lights. [sm=smiley20.gif]

Theres a website that sells LED 3rd brake lights. Im not shure of the link but ive seen them on other posts...

If you're looking for something unique & cool, consider sequential turn lights too! They were a factory option on early Mercury Cougars

I have some of those that I bought off eBay. They looked cool, but weren't as bright as the original bulbs. [&:]

The ones I got at Autozone were brighter. I really noticed a difference at night.

i put the bulbs in mine when i got it, had two different brands i bought off ebay...and had a couple extras layin around...well one burnt a couple lights out on it in about a year, and i had an extra, so i changed it out, and shortly after, it blew 3 fuses, in 3 differnt spots.... scared me cause i thought i may have screwed up some electrical, afterwards i just put the stock ones back in...but i did like how it looked when i had em in...o yea and gettin to the bulbs is pretty much the hardest job on any car

So does no one know if they make LED tails for the 99-04 Mustang?

I know they make them for the 94 to 98 Mustangs.
