On my 2002 GT, there is this hiss noise and im 99% sure its coming from the IAC. the car does still idle perfectly fine, and the hiss goes away as soon as u get on the throttle a little bit. should i be worried about this or no?

It may be leaking............ If you spray carb cleaner around the area and the iddle stumbles it is a leak from outside air. If not I would leave it alone.
