Default Ran it last night

aight guys I ran it last night. I had to chase the UPS guy to get my cold air, 75mm throttlebody and intake plenum all bbk. it was rather funny...took me bout 2 hours to install all of it. got to the track intime to get 2 passes in. I had such a horsepower gain that i couldnt get it to hook. i babied 1st and 2nd trying to get em to hook but it wasnt happening. once i hit 3rd it really set me back. ran 14.6 at 97. if i hook im thinking 13.9's? what yall think

Im thinkin plecebo effect here on this one....It couldnt have been that much of a gain. My best with my bullitt and long tubes was a 14.5. But the torque is just redicolous so it wont hook. What were you 60' times?

I would be completely amazed if you gained even 15 WHP with the intake boltons, espcially on a car with no longtubes/catback.

BTW, where are you "unbolting" your exhaust? If it's before the H I am willing to bet your costing yourself horsepower.

Its not costing you if you pulled it after the midpipe.

Probably not gaining anything, maybe 5 whp, by doing it, but it won't cost ya power.

Have you reset the ecu since you installed the intake? That could help.
