I want to stay with the naturally aspirated theme of my car...so I was thinking of upgrading my heads, cams, and springs.

I've looked into a few kinds, but there was one that caught my eye. Anyone have any comments, good or bad, against the Patriot Performance 2v Stage II Cylinder heads with the PP valve spring kit and a set of custom grind comp cams?

Or would I just be wasting my money and possibly should just go with the Stage III heads instead? Any input would be great, I'm taking all the info I can get right now before I end up regretting something later on down the line.

i do not know from experiance but i have been told to stay away from patriot heads. i would look into vt heads and cams

what's the price difference and all the specs? Do you have a website I can take a look at?

i never knew about patriot heads being bad, then one day i made a post about them and EVRYONE said they were **** and to stay away from them, of course nobody said why...

Patriot has had problems with their heads lining up. some ppl never have problems with them but i saw VT IMO. The stages of heads are just how much they are P&P. There are no aftermarket heads. The ones you buy are just ported and polished PI heads.

Get rid of the 4.6 if you want n/a power... But, yes, stay away from patriot. Spend the little extra and get heads from someone else, VT, Livernois, Steenracing..
