my main question would be:
if a procharger or vortech, aftercooled on the 6-8lb pully, with a conservative professional dyno tune, be pretty safe?

well my motor is blown right now cuz of the burnout i did below if u want to watch it i would recommend a better coolant system
you mean aftercooler.
no i mean a coolant system the reason i blew it was cuz it overheated couldnt c the guages with all the smoke in the car but it gives me a reason to build the motor and crank up the boost

oo ok, i thought the blower blew her up with too much boost and what not.

you know i believe 8psi is no problem with a good conservative tune. in fact i think 10 psi is safe. but this winter i'll get a blower as well and i'm going to go for 6psi because i want daily driving durability and the ability to go on long drives and not have to worry.
