Still working on the 03 cobra to 99 cobra S/C swap and after a couple recomendations ordered some parts from KarKraft.com. Having a little trouble getting any type of customer service from then and was wondering if anyone else has experianced the same concern.

Yes their customer service is lacking because it's a "Ma-and-pa" type of business, just be persistant and when you get through give them a piece of your mind
