Dunno its up to your wallet size and what sound you want. Also how loud you want it.

with an x you'd be looking for a straight thru type catback, slp borla magnaflows are good, I'm bias'd towards slp lmII's.
As for headers, If your worried about scraping later when you drop a car, then longtubes is not for you, if your planning on dropping your car slightly you might wanna check out some longtubes. Also note most places will fail you on visual if they see long tube headers.
If you just want to change headers but your worried about smog and scraping then you can always go with ceramic coated shorties, crome shorties look good but they're a waste since they're pretty much like stock, the ceramic coated ones keep the heat in and away from the rest of the engine.
FRPP and BBK has some nice shorties from what I've found from researching what kind of shorty I'll be installing, as for longtubes SLP BBK and some other companies have LT's

getting headers will depend on your mid pipe too. with stock headers now you probably have a long mid-pipe; so you would have to replace the midpipe for long tube headers. Or get shorties which aren't really worth it.
