Sounds like it but not too bad. Since it is getting cooler in most climates, now is a good time to go out on a cool morning and look under the car after you start it to see where the exhaust is leaking from.

If it's from the passenger side manifold-midpipe connection, just pay the $12 and spend the 30 minutes to swap it out.
I swapped it out when I put the pipe on. I looked at it again, and It looks like I have the pipe sitting nice and level on the exhaust manifold. I think it may be where the midpipe connects to the cat back. I can see water drip from the connections and I am thinking it may be because the ball and sockets arent sitting in their seats correctly.

1 sure way is to do your own sniffer test, get your car up on a ramp and leave it idling, get under it and sniff close to the headers, you'll know if your leaking, repeat process at all joints, if theres no smell that sound might be caused by something else, if there is a smell then replace the gasket if its the passenger side, tighten the nuts with an impact wrench, or take it apart and line everything up again and bolt, this was the hardest part of installing my slp x pipe, if its a modular then check the clamp thats holding the cats in place, make sure you have no holes there.

Just saw the part about the water, i was lucky enough to have a friend look at my work after i was done, set it up on a lift and we had to retighten it doing both the sides on the passenger and driver side at the same time to minimize wrenching it out of the little sleeve. other than that i dont know what else there is you can do to fix it

Yeah, I have an exhaust leak on the driver's side that started as a tick and now its a loud lobing sound, I think its coming from where my H meets the exhaust manifold. Would that cause my car to studder and become slower under exceleration?

My car is so much slower and since its october and cool out now I can't see any exhuast come out my driver side tail pipe. Its so bad it is shaking my car and slowing it down. I actually got 38 miles to a quarter tank of gas also. That is deff getting fixed soon.

I believe you have a bad catalytic converter.

In his sig it says he has an o/r h so it cant be that. I dont know why he wouldn't be able to see exhaust coming out of one tailpipe, unless he has a massive leak.

Thanks for the heads up!! I didn't even read his sig. Maybe the muffler?? something must be plugged if he's not getting any exhaust.
