02gt vs 96ss camaro
one of my friends has some guy wanting to race me he just got a 96 ss camaro i think its mostly stock i have a auto 02 gt with 373 gears and just about every bolt on you can get plus a 125 shot of nitrous so do you think i can take him just on motor or should i spray i dont think he knows i have nitrous but i would rather beat him on motor if possible

he has a programer and cold air intake thats all he said he has and its a 97 it has the lt1 in it i have 373 gears shift kit diablo programer mass air flow sensor 4inch cold air intake tb upper intake plenum 125 dry shot et streets on back focus fuel pump ceramic coated longtube headers xpipe flowmasters cat back no cats on it i think thats it

Hm, with those mods...I'd say you pretty much will have a hard time running with him.
Cubes, incredibly flat power curve, he's going to have the better performing car, but there's no guarentee he will be able to drive it.

I used to drive a 95 TA A4 2.73. It was a mean car. Mustang GT's were not a problem for me. With your mods, it will be a driver race with the edge going to him as he has more rwhp than you do I am betting. (off the juice).
