do you think i will need to replace the 2v heads for 4v? Or will my stock ones do the job with the big bore kit, forged internals, and an aluminum block?

Yes your heads will fit on the aluminum block. If you want to switch to 4v then you might as well buy a 99-04 cobra motor. Or better yet an 03 cobra motor/tranny.

keep the 2v, with that you can get a steel cobra crank, forged internals, p&p your stock heads, get some good cams with a blower grind, throw a procharger with a three core intercooler and run 16 psi all day and make about 490-540 rwhp. you will need a new cpu flash, def a shift kit, i reccomend the transgo kit, and a 2800-3400 stall converter.

WOW, i think ill do that. Would it be worth while to bore it out to a 5.1/big bore kit??

you cant bore it out that much. you can stroke it. but talk to mdvaldosta about it. he did some research on it and said it was a bad idea.

the new 5.0 mag im lookin at says you can. it talks about boaring it to 5.1 is easyer than trying to fit in a 5.4???
