5th Gear?

OK, My 5th gear has been very funny lately. I ususally shift into 5th about 45mph from 4th and sometimes when I do this it slightly grinds. Id say every 1 of 10 shifts. Or it doesnt do it for a week? I dont think its my syncro because if it was, it should happen more often. What could it be?I recently had a new clutch put in (like 4k miles ago). I really dont know if the transfluid has ever been changed, would it help if I changed it?

my old tranny was doin that, put some synchromesh in it, that seemed to do the trick for me (until she got stuck in reverse). also check the drain plug area for metal pieces, i had huge chunks in mine. just stick your pinky in the hole

Ok kool thanks. Also really only does it when its super cold out. And when its not totally warmed up (the tranny). So Now I definetly know its fluid caused!
