Default Misfire

Hello All. I have been on the site for quite a while and this is my first post. I have an 02 Gt Auto and I just did a tune up on it (plugs, fuel filter, and oil) and when I tested out the car the CEL came on. I took it to Autozone and it came back with a code of 0203 on Cyl. 3. The engine stumbles pretty bad. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Default RE: Misfire

I checked the plug and everthing was fine. Does anyone know what the code P0203 is? Could it be because I didn't disconnect the battery when I changed the fuel filter? I reset the computer and the car doesn't misfire anymore but the the CEL turns on after about 5 mins of driving. Thanks in advance for any help.
