I was wondering how many miles have you guys got out of your engines. Im wondering if i should start saving for a new one now. I just broke the 100,000 miles mark.

i know of some stangs with over 200,000 on the clock and running fine, but then again im sure there are some that have given up sooner.

154,xxx and still going strong as hell. Plenty of life in these things as long as you take care of them

just hit 61,5xx today on a mustang cruise, i have a 2001 gt.

u just got through the break in period imo. engines last a long time these days (as long as you take care of it and don't abuse it). my dad had 250,000 on his old 95 f-150 truck and had no major break downs or problems. just normal maintenance.

what all the above said is amazing news to me! im not saying im doubtful or anything like that just 200k, 150k wow. save up for a new mustang!!!

good news for me iv been wanting to do some more mods but wasnt sure if it was worth it. Do you think n2o would be to harsh now?

oh! i dunno about that! ive been told i should be careful. maybe less than 100 shot. or replace a few key parts first like heads, manifold, cams, fuel injectors/pump. just dont be too hard on her or spray too much
