No, I haven't... it's got all the TSB symptoms. The dealership here refuses to do the TSB though, they say they are just a heads-up instead of something that actually needs to be repaired... Still under warranty, too.

Sometimes it won't go into first either, if it's running I just pop my foot off the clutch a second so the input shaft turns and it'll go into whatever gear I want.

i do that sometimes. most times i stop put it in 5th like 4 times real fast then reverse and it seems to work, but it is still hard to get in sometimes i have to pull up and inch or two so it will go.

From everyone i talk to, reverse sucks in our cars!! It took me a while to learn how to "feel it out". sometime i still have a hard time getting it in.

ShadowDrake---Tell that lazy F***ING dealer to do the TSB NOW or your gonna call Cust. service in Dearborn. It is not a "Heads Up", it is TSB 04-15-6. Even if you didn't have the symtoms, just tell them that its intermittent and its giving you trouble and they still have to do it. They don't want to do it because the job only pays like 5.5 hrs. and the tech doing it looses money. Once the warranty is over, you can't get it done for free, then you would have to pay for it, close to 2000.00. Don't take No for an answer, plus it does shift a lot better when its done.

i just found out what the TSB is. It is a recall. I called the ford place by work to get my car in and they are fixing it tommorow. Anyone know what they do to fix it? I asked the guy about the warranty but he said is was a recall and nothing to do with warranty.
