Default new plans for winter

This winter, i plan on doing some stuff to my car...here is what it is so far:

Mongoose Kit SQ trim with boost pipe

PI Intake (with adapter kit to fit on my non pi heads)

clock gauge cluster with fuel pressure and boost gauges

stock pulleys for s/c

stall converter

dyno tune

One question...the very last performance thing i want to do to my car is the stall converter...should i get the dyno tune before getting the stall to see what rpm stall i should get, or should i get the stall before getting the dyno tune because i will need a tune after installing the stall?? not sure which to do first?
