Ok, I am trying to decide on the order to do things here. I have two mods I am working with.

1. Catted mid pipe

2. Gears/tuner/new posi trac

Here is the delima. I know gears/tuner will be a MUCH more noticabel mod, but will I benefit more if I get the mid pipe before the tuner so I can factor that into the tune? The compulisive buyer in me wants to do the mid pipe now just so I will have something NOW instead of waiting for a month or two to save up the $1000 for all the rear end stuff. The rational side says that if I do the mid pipe now then I just spent 1/2 the money I need for the other. I guess what would seal the deal is knowing how adding the mid pipe after the tuner would affect the car. Any help?

I would get the Gears/Tuner/Posi Trac of the two options that you have there. You will see little to no gain from adding the Catted Mid-Pipe with your present mods and as you said then you just spent 1/2 the money you need for the other. Besides it will not hurt anything to add th Mid-pipe later
