Best place to buy cobra front bumper?

I've decided on the 99/01 front cobra bumper to replace my cracked stock gt one. Does anyone know of a good place to buy the kit I'm having a bit of trouble finding it and I want to the best price possible obviously.

I was under the impression that the hood would need to be modified with the 03/04 bumper.
