I would probably go with the Cobra. The shaker is cool but you just can't beat those Cobra/SVT emblems. Flame me all you want but those emblems in itself make those cars cool[&:]

Mach 1's FTW (Hrm, odd I have one...)
Machs have 3.55s
Mach were designed in conjunction with Roush, and were made to be race vehicles (improved geometry, etc)
04 Machs make 310 bhp rated.
03/04 Machs make more than Ford Factory ratings
Mach IUP package is the shizzle... better IMHO then the Cobra.
But either way, you can't go wrong :P
Oh, and who wants a vert anyway? they're heavier :P

I believe the comparison was focusing on performance though, at least with what the post author listed for the comparison guidlines :P
Nothing beats the MTVR (7-TON) USMC Truck. 12 cylinder turbocharged diesel truck weighing 72,000 lbs with armor plates :P With a top speed of 120 MPH it'll run over either car :P
