Filling 2 holes in dash because of tach install

What do I need to get these 2 holes filled because of my tach was reinstalled the right way using the UPR plate?

I was thinking of using black silicon as a temp for now...

There are places out there that do interior trim repairs, you could do a local search and give them a call to get a quote if it bothers you enough to pay for repairs.
