largest size rear tire without rubbing?
Hey guys, i have a 99gt with some work, I am currently running 18 inch black bullet rims all around with 245's. I would like to purchase the 18" deep dish ten inch black bullets for the rears. I heard some people had to "roll" the inside lip of the rear fenders because they had clearance issues. So my question is, does anybody know whats the widest tire i can run without having to modify any other part of the car. Again, these tires would be for 18 inch deep dish 10 inch wide bullet wheels. Thanks for any help.

RE: largest size rear tire without rubbing?
first off, thank you for the replies and sorry i havent responded sooner.
Im not against teh 285 however i have slightly used wider tires that i got for free and i am trying to figure out if they will work as well.
Its good to know that a 285 will definately fit but does anybody know what the highest is that i can go before i start to rub?
also, how well does a 285 fit on a deep dish as far as covering the lip of the rim? the 245's i have on my 9 inch (i think its 9) completely leave the lip of the rim vulnerable to curbs etc. Its pretty bad and not that i scrape curbs, but its annoying knowing that i have no room for error. Thanks again for the help.

ok, so the good news is...the tires i have are 265's and 285's. So im good to go.
One thing i wanna add that might make a difference is that i have eibach sportline lowering springs. Will the 285's still work?
