For starters, we'll need to know what car we're talking about. I'm guessing a 4.6 Mustang based on the forum we're in but tranny and many other things are based on the year.

Most SC kits come with everything you need for the SC itself but you will probably want to get some suspension components like lower control arms and subframe connectors at the minimum. Manual cars need a clutch usually for the increased power but I'm not sure what you will need with your auto. You mentione a convertor which is never a bad idea.

Do people with blowers, especially centri cause that is what im looking at, get different beerfed up transmissions or do the stockers work fine? Cause I just spent 1800 on a tranny rebuild and don't wanna have to do it again.

Stocker should be fine but I think the more it sees the strip the closer you get to having problems. I also think the more traction you have the more abuse the tranny receives. In other words, if you plan on running slicks at the strip every weekend, plan on tranny, rear end, and axle upgrades.

You'll need injectors (go with 42 lb) and subframe connectors are a MUST!
