NEED HELP FAST!!!

My buddy took off his plenum and throttle body just to clean them out. Now there is a really loud whistle sound and the idle is all messed up. Everything seems to be hooked up right, what could be the problem.

sounds like a vacuum leak. check all the hoses etc.

any hose that goes to it . did you replace the gasket? check everything.

+1 on the vacuum leak. If it bad enough you may be able to hear a hissing noise coming from the leak while the car is running.

Sounds like plenum is leakin to me. Make sure you use a new gasket and try again.

got it fixed.. The hose on the back of the plenum was not completely on. fixed it right away.
